Our condominium is located in downtown Crested Butte, on Belleview Avenue, only a three-block walk
to the Elk Avenue boutiques and terrific restaurants and nightlife. Directly across the street is
the main shopping center where the grocery store, liquor store, and movie theater/video arcade are
located.

The FREE skier's shuttle stops every 20 minutes 100 yard from our door and will deliver you to
skiing at Mount Crested Butte ten minutes away. The outdoor ice skating rink is located three blocks
down Belleview Avenue, adjacent to the Nordic Ski Center.

This spotless unit is fully-equipped with many new furnishings, equipment, and kitchenware. It has
everything your family needs to enjoy a vacation in historic Crested Butte, Colorado.

Both bedrooms offer large closets, queen-size beds, and televisions. The second level includes a
living room with TV and VCR, cathedral ceilings, dining area, dining bar, two covered balconies, and
a wood-burning stove.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a double refrigerator and microwave hood. A washer and dryer
unit is located in a closet off the kitchen for your convenience. Stairs from the living room lead
to a full-height loft with two double-size beds, dresser, and large closet.
