Adair Springs Cabin in Pinetop

This very nicely decorated cabin is located in Pinetop, Arizona on .22 acres of tall Ponderosa Pine. It is located in the White Mountain Village Subdivision.

This 672 square foot cabin has two bedrooms, one bath and sleeps up to five people. It is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. The cabin has a propane gas grill with a front and side deck to relax with when taking a break from all the activities the White Mountains has to offer. The lot is completely fenced with tall pine trees.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Master Bedroom has Queen Size Bed and alarm clock; Second Bedroom has Day Bed with trundle; ceiling fans in bedrooms; new wood blinds throughout; washer and dryer; full Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils; Living Area: sofa, cable television, DVD player with over 50 movies. There are reading materials and board games. The cabin has baseboard electric heating. Trash pickup services are every Tuesday.

Hiking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, Skiing, Sledding, Tubing, Swimming, Golfing, Miniature Golf, Go-Carts, Casino, Cinema, Arcade, and Shopping are just some of the activities that are available in the Pinetop-Lakeside area.

Hon-Dah Casino with a restaurant is five miles away.

Woodland Lake Park offers scenic walks, hiking trails, fishing, outdoor volleyball, and picnic tables. 

The Snowflake Temple is a forty five minute drive away.

Sunrise Ski Park is a forty five minute drive away.

Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club is a ten minute drive away.

Shopping: Wal-Mart Supercenter, Lowes, and Home Depot are nine miles away. Safeway is three miles away. Eddie's Country store is just one and a half miles away.

$100.00 per night throughout the year.

Rent is due at least seven (7) days before arrival. There is a two day minimum reservation requirement. $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for each reservation. Please make payments in the form of cashier's check or personal check made payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC. All major credit cards are accepted.

A damage/reservation refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven (7) days of departure, provided nothing is missing and no damage is done to cabin or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
