Spacious Million Dollar Mountain Paradise on Meadow in Mammoth Lakes

This is an ultra-premium mountain paradise home. "The Lodges" is the newest addition to the famous
Snowcreek Resort, and our home is among the very most inviting, most spacious, and best designed of
them all. Our home is situated in the Meadow, at the base of the majestic Sherwin Mountains. At 2669
square feet, this luxury two-bedroom plus large loft, three-and-a-half bathroom home is among the
largest floorplans available at The Lodges, and is significantly more spacious than the vast majority
of condos and townhouses in Mammoth. It is warm, inviting, and ideally designed for two families with
plenty of children. It is ideal for both winter and summer rental. Our home is a very short drive to
the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, and a very short walk from the mountain's shuttle bus stop. There is a
generous sized parking lot directly adjacent to the Eagle Express chairlift (chair 15), only 1.5
miles from our home.

Our mountain home has views in all directions, of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Mountain, the White
Mountains, and Mammoth Rock. There is a really spacious outdoor hot tub a short walk from the house.
At home, in the loft, there is a 13-in-1 game table offering foosball, air hockey, ping pong, pool and
many other games. The kitchen is a true gourmet cook's kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances. You
have your own private laundry room, and remote control operated electric garage. There are ski racks
for 12 pairs of skis in the garage. The deck has a great barbeque which is linked into the house gas
line, so you can cook steaks while looking out over the water feature and at Mammoth Rock. All the
furniture is cozy and high-end mountain themed, but not at all kitschy. Original signed artwork adorns
nearly all the walls. There is WiFi internet available throughout the property. Each master suite has
its own bathroom, and the loft has its own bathroom as well.

Skiing is among the very best in North America, featuring a 3000’ vertical drop over 3500 acres, with
29 lifts, catering to every skill level. Cross-country skiing is world-class. There is virtually no
traffic in our neighborhood, which is very kid-friendly. Your children will make friends without even
trying. Summers are equally magic. You can load up the mountain bikes and go for an exhilarating four-
hour heart-stopping romp down Mammoth Mountain itself, starting from the top of the upper gondola in
the summer months. Fishing, boating, horseback riding, backpacking, exploring Yosemite National Park,
wildlife photography - all fantastic.
