A Mile High Round House in Beech Mountain

Our beautiful vacation getaway is located just a half mile from the Ski Beech parking lot. Our house
has floor-to-ceiling windows which allow for awesome views of the ski slopes - after you finish
skiing, you can cozy up next to the gas-log stove and watch your family and friends ski day and
night.

The house layout includes a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms on the main level.
There is a third bedroom and laundry room on the lower level. There is one queen-size bed, two full
size, and a twin bed with a trundle bed underneath. We provide all linens. The house is also
equipped with three cable televisions, two VCRs, and a stereo. We've also added high-speed internet
access for our guests to use - just bring your laptop.

We are members of the Beech Mountain Club, which allows our guests to use the golf, swimming pool,
tennis, and other club facilities for a small guest fee, during the spring, summer, and fall.

December 15 to January 18 .... $250/night .. $1380/week.
January 19 to March 15 ....... $225/night .. $1200/week.
March 16 to September 15 ..... $115/night .. Please call for weekly/monthly rates.
September 16 to December 14 .. $150/night .. Please call for weekly/monthly rates.

All Prices include North Carolina & Beech Mountain Sales Tax (13%).There is a $75 Cleaning Fee for
stays of three nights or less.Pets allowed with non-refundable Pet Fee of $100.
2-night minimum stay required.
