 Our cute, clean 2 Bedroom, 1 bath beach apartments are in an
excellent location in North Mission Beach, just steps to the ocean.
The apartments are fully furnished with everything you need for a
great vacation.
Each apt.sleeps 6, has a full kitchen, one parking space, and are
perfect for families or couples. There is a gas BBQ for our guests
use. We have baby/toddler equipment available if you need it (by
request).
We are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery
stores, nightlife, and much more.
Owner is onsite.

Ground floor beach apartment. 2 bdr, 1 bath, full kitchen, and fully
furnished. Sleeps 6 with two full size beds, and a queen futon
couch in the living room.

Second floor apartment. 2 bdr, 1 bath, full kitchen, and fully
furnished. Sleeps 6 with two full size beds, and a hide-a-bed couch
in the living room.

Unit 726

This is our larger 2 bedroom 1 bath, second floor apt. Sleeps 6 with a queen bed, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit has a large ocean view balcony.

Unit 736

A spacious upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Sleeps 6 with a bed in each room and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. You can fit a couple of extra children on your own air matresses or sleeping bags.

Mission Beach is an excellent recreation area. We are surrounded
with the fabulous Pacific Ocean on one side and Mission Bay Park on
the other, both have beautiful white sand beaches. The paved
boardwalk stretches around the entire area, perfect for bike riding,
walking, jogging, rollerblading etc. There are rentals nearby for
any activity you want to do: surfboards, boogieboards, rollerblades,
bikes, boats, electric scooters, and anything else you want to do.
There is an excellent childrens playground on bayside.

Book a week in our 2 bedroom beach apts. Located at the beach not blocks away!! A great deal for a week on the Mission Beach strand.

Full rental payment due 30 days before your stay.
A $275 security/cleaning deposit is due immediately upon booking.
Deposit minus cleaning fee of $75.00 is refunded within ten business
days.
