Cancellation policy: Owner reserves right to deduct $75 cancellation fee for cancellations up to 30 days before reserved dates. Entire security deposit may be forfeited for cancellations within 30 days of reservation. Owner will return at least a portion of security deposit if able to re-reserve property and recover lost revenue.
