Our riverside condo is simply the most picturesque, best located, in Frisco. In the heart of world-
class skiing in Summit County, Colorado, centrally located between Vail, Copper Mountain,
Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski areas.
Our condo is just a block off Main Street, Frisco, a wonderful former mining town with great
shopping, fine dining, and Lake Dillon marina only a half-mile away. A block from summer music
festivals, BBQ cook-off, art fair, annual Corvette show, and the Fourth of July parade! A block from
the bus-stop for free county-wide transportation serving most of the ski resorts, and a stone’s
throw from several of the many bike paths that criss-cross Summit County.
Our first-floor, end-unit condo provides easy access and a private, in-the-woods feeling just a
block away from the heart of Frisco. Best of all, our condo is right on Tenmile Creek, and a wall of
glass puts the river right in your living room. Fish in the back yard in private trout water, then
relax on the private back deck while you cook your catch on the Weber gas grill!
Built in 1992, our well-maintained condo has a rustic feel with modern amenities. The main level
living room has a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), authentic oriental carpets, and lots of
windows. A separate dining area seats eight under an antler chandelier, opening to the deck and
Weber Genesis gas grill with side-burner. The well-equipped kitchen has a new silent Bosch
dishwasher and new Kenmore Elite range with convection oven, warming drawer, and griddle to provide
you an enjoyable cooking experience, and we provide a new toaster-oven, blender, coffee-pot (you are
just two blocks from the coffee-roaster!), fondue-set, and service for 12.
The spacious Master Suite provides a rustic mountain experience in our spectacular four-poster aspen
log queen-size bed, and aspen log double-dresser and side-tables. There is a full bath with double
shower, and room for an Aerobed, if needed (provided). The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed
and log dresser, with a separate bath right down the hall.
If you need even more sleeping space, the living room has a queen-size sofabed, as well as a large
flatscreen Sony TV and home theater system with DVD/VCR. Total sleeping capacity 6-8.
An in-unit washer/dryer is provided. Skip shoveling snow; park your SUV in our one-car garage, and
use it for storing skis or bikes. There is a hot-tub in the complex. Please note: Pets and Smoking
are NOT allowed. Monthly or long-term rental possible.
