decorated 3200 square foot home features lofted vaulted ceilings, wood
beams and a cozy wood burning stove. The kitchen features granite
counter tops and stainless steel Viking appliances. In addition the
home has plenty of entertainment with a large 50 inch plasma TV, a
pool table that also converts to a ping pong table, a slot machine,
and custom poker table, children’s room with bean bags and X box with
games. Each bedroom also has its own TV with DVD.

Home is conveniently located at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon
and is just one block South of Little Cottonwood Rd. This makes your
commute to the premier ski resorts Alta & Snowbird within 1 traffic
light or just 15 minutes.

Back yard is wooded and private and accentuates that vacation feel.
Back deck has views of the Salt Lake Valley and has seating, picnic
table and gas grille for cooking up some juicy steaks.
