dishes, cookware, spices, kitchen linens. Balcony furniture to enjoy beach views & sunrises. Private heated pool area directly onbeach access. Beach towels, beach chairs and floats in unit.
Surround sound stereo, DVD-CD player, four TV's with cable, safe.

Secured lobby entry with internet access. Building has indoors hallways and elevators, library and meeting room, laundry on each floor.

Lido and Siesta Key Beaches are world class beaches. Walk the beach to the Ritz Carlton Tiki Bar or
to the many restaurants at St. Armand's Circle.

The Ringling Home & Museum is considered a castle of the United States. Spring training for the
Cincinnati Reds at the Ed Smith Stadium add to the season's fun.

Enjoy shopping at St. Armand's Circle, on Main Street Sarasota, at the local Sak's, Macy's or
Dillard's. A 30 minute drive to the Ellenton Outlets offers something for everyone.

Full refund with 60 days advance written notice,
One half refund with 30-59 days written notice.
Less than 30 days notice, no refund.
