Vacation Rental Description

Our 2nd floor condo on Okaloosa Island offers 2 bedrooms/2 full 
baths and will easily sleep up to 6.  We welcome you to use our 2nd 
home as a vacation spot where you will create memories that will 
last a lifetime.  There is a mesmerizing view of the Gulf from the 
balcony (Picture #1),where you can dolphin watch while enjoying your 
morning coffee. This unit is in building 4 which is on the gulf 
side.  The sun sets directly in front of the kitchen window (picture 
#3).  If you look north from the front door you can see the Santa 
Rosa Sound. 
Brand new livingroom furniture. Porcelain tile through out unit, no 
sandy carpets.

2 Bedrooms... 1 king, 2 twins, 1 queen sofa bed, twin size 
convertible chair, port-a-crib.  

Fully stocked kitchen.. gas grill on balcony, high chair, washer and 
dryer(in bldg.) Air condtioning, cable, Sony 32 inch TV with CD 
player and DVD. TV in Master bedroom, DVD/VCR with Childrens videos 
in 2nd bedroom.  High Speed internet connection. 
  
This is a non smoking unit.  You must be 25 years of age to rent 
this unit.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This gated community has 2 pools (1 heated), jacuzzi, sauna, 
exercise room, tennis courts, basketballs courts, beach 
volleyball,clubhouse. Enjoy our beautiful private 
beach (picture #2.)  

Large grassy areas for small children to play.  

This year we have added Free Beach Service from March 1st - October 31st.  There are 2 chairs and 
an umbrella waiting for you on the beach.  Enjoy.  
  
Located next to 13 miles of uninhabited beaches.     

Activities and Attractions

Minutes away from recreational beach activities like parasailing, 
waverunners, deep sea fishing, fishing piers, dolphin cruises, 
shopping and marine life park.  

There are 12 championship golf courses in the area.  

New convention Center on Okaloosa Island. 

El Matador is very popular with the snowbirds offering weekly 
activities such as lawn croquet, movie nights and Saturday cocktail 
parties.
