short trip away from Captiva and Sanibel Islands, or out into the
Gulf of Mexico waters.

Our house feels very spacious and open, while at the same time offering a split
bedroom layout for privacy. The pool, Jacuzzi, and dock / patio
area are located on the western side of the house, assuring you of
wonderfully warm afternoons, and splendid sunsets.

November - April...  STARTING AS LOW AS:
·2 Adults - US$1200.00 per week
·3 Adults - US$1300.00 per week
·4 Adults - US$1400.00 per week
·5 Adults - US$1500.00 per week
·6 Adults - US$1600.00 per week

Children 12 and under are always free.
 
MONTHLY RATES are available upon request,
and are based upon seasonality and demand.

There is no additional charge for pets 10 lbs, and
under. Contact owner for rates which may be applicable to guests
wishing to bring LARGER, or multiple, pets.


Other Charges:
·11% Local Tax
·Cleaning fee of US$125.00


A refundable security / damage deposit of US$500.00 (for weekly
rentals) or US$1000.00 (for monthly rentals) and signed contract
are required to confirm reservation. Full rental payment is due
due 30 DAYS prior to arrival.
