We summer vacationed all over R.I. renting different homes for 20 years prior to buying land and building this summer house. With 20 years of being renters ourselves with note taking of the pro's and con's as well as being builders and a large family we knew the importance of location, size, style, floor plan and furnishings so everyone would be comfortable and have quick convenience to the lifeguarded ocean beach minutes away and numerous other attractions. The National weather service reported that Rhode Island July and August 2011 was the hottest daily tempeartures ever recorded sense record keeping began and extremely unusual. The furnished bed comforters are usually needed evenings for comfortable sleeping because of the constant cool breezes from the ocean just minutes away with clear views. The furnished fans in each room have always kept the house very comfortable.

Owners response: Ocean, breachway and Charlestown Pond Views from 2nd floor deck and family room are clear and beautifull. Main deck, kitchen, living room, has great pond views. All furniture and carpeting is in good condition, NOT stained, torn or broken. Stanley Steamer presummer cleaning guarentees cleanliness of all. Standard styles of Bobs mid dollar range furniture is popular for beach living. Kitchen cabinets and tile floor are new. Kitchen chairs with seat cushions are comfortable deck style, popular in beach rentals and easy movement to deck if additional seating needed. 2nd extra beverage refrigerator is a big plus appreciated by all in past years for large quanity storage of all beverages, fruit, produce. Most od our rental groups including children total ten. Your group of three retirees would not need this. Photos are very accurate of the entire house and furnishings but not showing the new kitchen. The house is a spacous 4 bedroom 2 bath family room contemporary, in a prime location, water views, walk to the beach, exceptionally clean and neat done weekly by a professtional service. This house furnishings as stated by the cleaning service is comparable to the twenty other houses they clean weekly in this area at a higher rental rate for a smaller home. We agree as we manage six others. Many of our summer vacation renters are repeaters who enjoy this comfortable affordable clean, neat relaxed beach living in this style of furnished house without worries and a easy walk to the beach. Your selected discounted rate for a pre peak season week was a very special great value for this house. This is not a Newport/Watch Hill two bedroom two bath condo offering the latest styles and furnishings at 5 times our rate for half the size.
