Quiet waterfront home with heated pool and screened-in lanai in Apollo Beach

Experience Florida at its best! Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront
community were the locals love to relax and watch the sunsets.

We have three bedrooms, two baths, two car garage, and a huge lanai
with a heated pool. Most of the rooms in the house (even the
kitchen) have sliding glass doors which lead to the pool area and
offer relaxing views of the water. We have 160' of waterfront with a
large dock.

Our home has water views from almost every room. It is at the end of
a quiet cul-de-sac. Swim in our 8ft deep heated pool or just enjoy
our 61' screened in lanai over looking the water. The master bedroom
has a King sized bed, walk in closet, private bath, TV, and a
private entrance to the pool area. Bedroom two has a King bed with
a private entrance to the pool. The last bedroom has a Queen bed.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The leather couch and futon fold out
for extra sleeping space.

This is a non-smoking home. No smoking inside.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dish soap, dishwashing
detergent, and coffee filters.

We provide linens, towels, beach towels, pool toys, folding chairs,
puzzles, books, and games for you to enjoy.

Big screen TV with cable and DVD.
We provide a nice selection of DVDs for your enjoyment.
High-speed wireless internet and free local and long distance phone
calls
(US,Canada, and Puerto Rico ONLY)
There is a ping-pong table on the lanai and a 2-man Kayak and lift vest.

We provide a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and fabric
softener.

Bring your own boat to our deep water canal and tie up on our new
dock. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away! There is great fishing right
off the dock!

Manatee Viewing, Fishing, swimming, sunbathing, boating, walking (we
have a great neighborhood), ping-pong, golfing, shopping, and so
much more.

We are located just a few minutes from I-75, 10 min from the
beach, 30 min. from Busch Gardens, and 1 hour from Orlando.
Shopping, movies, and a large selection of restaurants are just 15
min. away. If you choose to remain in the area, you can find
fabulous food and harborside dining at Circles, our favorite
waterfront indoor/outdoor
dining spot in Apollo Beach.

Nov. 28-Dec. 19, 2009..........$700 a week

Dec. 19-27, 2009.............$1100 a week

Feb. 7-April 30, 2010.......$1350 a week

Refundable Security/Damage Deposit $300 per stay
Cleaning Fee $80
Short term rental tax 12%

Personal checks, money orders, bank checks, and credit cards
accepted.

Arrival time 4:00pm Departure time 10:00am

Half of rent is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable. The
remaining rent due, cleaning fee and damage/security deposit are due two weeks prior to your stay.
The damage/security deposit is returned 30 days after your stay. If reservation is cancelled 30 days in advance then any deposits are transferable to a later date.

Shorter stays are available if booked within the month.
