Beautifully maintained cape style chalet in a quiet subdivision located on the West Wardsboro and
Stratton border. The house is located ten miles from the Sun Bowl Lodge at Stratton Mt. and about
eight miles from the main entrance of Mt. Snow. The house has an open floor plan on the main level
with spacious dining capacity in full dining room and counter bar area adjacent to galley kitchen.
The living room has a fireplace, very comfortable furniture, powder room and opens out onto a back
deck. Also on the main level, there is a large master bedroom suite with full bath. Upstairs there
are two spacious bedrooms. One room has bunks plus two single beds and the other two single beds.
There is a full bath upstairs to service the sleeping quarters. An added benefit is a full finished
basement with new pool table and a second TV. There is ample storage space for ski equipment in
various places throughout the house.
