$995.00 per week or $3,500.00 per month - January to April -
$895.00 per week or $2,750.00 per month - May to December -
$175.00 per night, three (3) nights minimum stay.

$500.00 security damage deposit required with reservation.
$ 80.00 cleaning fee. 12% State and local taxes.
Pets welcome with $125.00 non-refundable pet deposit fee.
Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELATION POLICY: If full rental payment is not received by due date, all deposits will be forfeited and are not refundable. If cancellation notice is received in less than 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit is not refundable.
