$1,195.00 per week or $3,500.00 per month - October 15 through April 30* -
$1,495.00 per week or $3,900.00 per month - May 1 through October 14*-
$250.00 per night, three (3) nights minimum stay.
***Discounts of 10% for 2-weeks or longer ****
* $1,800.00 per week ($300.00/day) for major Holiday weeks, i.e., Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

$350.00 security damage deposit required with reservation.
$ 85.00 cleaning fee. 12% State and local taxes.
ONE pet welcome with $125.00 non-refundable pet deposit fee.
Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELATION POLICY: If full rental payment is not received by due date, all deposits will be forfeited and are not refundable. If cancellation notice is received in less than 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit is not refundable.
