searching for sea shells, all right outside your front door.  You  
will never want to leave!  Walking distance to 5-star  
Restaurant "Salt Rock Grille" and other restaurants and shopping.  
Free beach transport trolley/bus stop within two steps!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beautifully furnished with all amenities and attention to details.   
Central a/c, ceiling fans, cable television, high speed  
internet.  Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances,  
microwave, instant hot water dispenser, refrigerator with ice-maker,  
garbage disposal, washer and dryer.

Activities and Attractions

45 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens.  
Shopping, golf, restaurants within walking distance.  Less than two  
hours from Disney World, Epcot, Universal and other Orlando  
attractions.  Minutes away from fishing and John's Pass which offers  
jet ski rentals, para-sailing and large party boats.

Vacation Rental Rates

$795.00 per week or $2,750.00 per month from September to November. 
$895.00 per week or $2,950.00 per month from June to August. 
$995.00 per week or $3,500.00 per month from December to May. 
$575.00 three (3) nights minimum stay.  
 
$500.00 security deposit required. 
$ 80.00 cleaning fee deducted from security deposit. 
12%  State and local taxes applicable. 
 
Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
Arrival time: 3:00 p.m. - departure time: 11:00 a.m.  
 
Please inquire as to pet policy. A $150.00 non-refundable pet fee applicable. 
 
Cancellation policy: If cancellation notice is received in less than  
30 days prior to arrival date, deposit is not refundable.
