Beautifully furnished with all amenities and attention to details.
Central a/c, ceiling fans, cable television, high speed
internet. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances,
microwave, instant hot water dispenser, refrigerator with ice-maker,
garbage disposal, washer and dryer.

45 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens.
Shopping, golf, restaurants within walking distance. Less than two
hours from Disney World, Epcot, Universal and other Orlando
attractions. Minutes away from fishing and John's Pass which offers
jet ski rentals, para-sailing and large party boats.

$1,095.00 per week.

If more than one week, 10% discount. 

 If more than two weeks, 20% discount.

$200.00 per night, three (3) nights minimum stay.

$350.00 security damage deposit required with reservation.
$85.00 cleaning fee.  12% State and local taxes.
ONE pet welcome with $125.00 non-refundable pet deposit fee.

Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELATION POLICY: If full rental payment is not received by due date, all deposits will be forfeited and are not refundable.  If cancellation notice is received within less than 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit is not refundable.

Arrival time: 3:00 p.m. - departure time: 11:00 a.m.
