2009 Weekly Rate Schedule
July through August 2009:
$2199 to $2,900

September and October
$2399 to $2,900

November through December:
$2399 to $3,500

(any week including a holiday will begin at $3,500,)

2010:
Feb: Superbowl week: $5,999 (Maximum 7 people at this rate)

Rates vary on number of people in party, reservation dates and particular week or month. $100 to $150 non-negotioable cleaning fee applied to each reservation

Signed Contract, Advance Payment and Refundable Security Deposit
Required Before Reservation is confirmed. When you start adding up
what you pay for a hotel room and the amount of bedrooms you need--
then figure in on 13 to 20 percent on top of the daily rate for all
kinds of taxes and miscellaneous costs, you will come out ahead. And
you'll have your own large space and privacy. This rate does not
include maid service, which can be made available for $75 extra per
day. There is a $100-$150  non-negotiable cleaning fee with each rental,
separate and apart from any negotiated weeklong stay. Pets are okay,
but require an extra deposit. We can arrange for
refrigerator to be stocked with all
your favorite goodies before your arrival and give you all the tips
you need on places to go,
restaurants, attractions we love, etc.
