The home has living room plus a family/tv room (also substitutes for 5th bedroom(, a 500-square foot master suite with romantic alcove section for the king bed and a separate sitting
area overlooks the oversized pool. Bedrooms two and three each have comfy queen beds with pillow. Bedroom four has a twin bed, island themed design and opens up directly to pool. Optional Bedroom 5 is either a private oversized bedroom or family room and bed size in this room is according to party's needs. With four full bathroom/ showers--everyone can have their own private
bathroom.

2011-2012 RATES:

High Season: January 1-April 30th:

*STARTING AT $400 per night. (monthly rate starts at $10,000/month). Minimum rates do apply.

 Mid  Season:May 1-December 1st

$425 per night. ($500 minimum on night all holiday nights, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving). (Call for Monthly Rates, which range from $6,000 in summer months to $12,000/month in high season) Minimum rates and maximum guests will apply.

 The above are non-negotiable rates.

*Rate includes taxes, private parking, Dish Network Satellite TV. Secure wireless internet, heated pool during high season.

Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fees Apply:

Refundable damage deposit required (Typically $1,500- returned to you in FULL onto your credit card as long as nothing is missing or damaged in the home during your stay) and exit cleaning fees are addiditional  at $125 per week (or less than a week) you stay. If you stay two weeks, for example, cleaning fee is $250.

Pets are okay,
but require an extra deposit and additional exit cleaning fee. We can arrange for
refrigerator to be stocked with all
your favorite goodies before your arrival and give you all the tips
you need on places to go,
restaurants, attractions we love, etc.
