about half a mile west from Baptist hospital.
Over two thousand sq/feet,all tile,lots of light.
Laundry room,washer and dryer.
Remodeled kitchen with eat-in area,dishwasher and new refrigerator .          Two large terraces with sitting areas on the second floor overlook serene surroundings and green areas
On the first floor there is a small fenced yard ,entrance ,foyer and
one car garage with automatic opener ,stairs take you to the second
floor where all rooms and baths are located.
Large master bedroom with private bath and walking closet has a king 
size bed ,second room has a queen bed , third room had two twin beds
and open den has a sleeper sofa

The house is very large and comfortable ,furnished and equipped with
linens ,towels and blankets(plus replacement sheets in all rooms) and has a fully equipped kitchen from
microwave and coffee pot to silverware,glasses,dishes ,pots and pans
The house is lovely decorated with many paintings,pottery ,books and
decorative touches with attention to detail and we have smoke
detectors,fire extinguishers,...and more...!!

Several wonderfull restaurants are close by within a few miles radius (will give you a list).....also a farmers market  a pharmacy...a video store..and several supermarkets and great shopping centers

very reasonable.You will be paying for a whole house with great
privacy ,what you would pay for one room in a nearby hotel and and you will be able to prepare meals...or order foood to be delivered to your house with additional savings.

We will provide you with a list of best places to visit...eat...shop...order food...to make your stay a great experience..!!!

We do not take students....we only take responsable working adults

We do not rent the house for reunions or parties...and eight is the absolut maximum allowed in the property at one time
