Santa Fe Hobbit House, a 3BR, 2 Bath is so named by our guests. It
is much more than a luxury
vacation rental. The mosaic granite and flagstone work, stained
glass, the many inlaid cabinets and
furniture, along with the unusual curving plaster and faux details
make this more like a live-in art
gallery. The place has a "get-away" atmosphere, because of the
lovely gardens and waterfall, and
secluded location, rather than the crammed feeling you get downtown,
yet we are only a few minutes
drive from the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, the Canyon Rd gallery
district, and the newer Guadalupe art
and shopping district.

Hobbit House has 2 wide screen HD TV's, along with DVD and modern
sound, High speed internet AND
wireless, with printer, to print maps. Fully equipped modern kitchen
make this place fun if you want to cook. New washer and dryer,
also. You will flip out in the curving mosaic showers.
We offer the option of "orientation" to Santa Fe, and can direct you
to any kind of cuisine,
activity, according to your personal interests, if needed. Search

Santa Fe is perenially in the top 2 or 3 of the nations' tourist
attractions. This is because of 3
main things: 1) Our beautiful mountain and climatic setting, 2) ,
Thickest density and variety of
art galleries in the nation, including top notch Indian, Spanish,
and Anglo artists, and 3) the
historical,cultural and architectural aspects that make this place
feel like a journey into a
different world. Beyond this, there is excellent golf, hiking,
skiing, hunting, "OK" fishing, and
a variety of other options, like world class opera, casinos, and
many many other cool landmarks and
monuments to explore and visit.

Low season- Nov1 through May 31... $250/night  $1600/week
(not including Dec 21th through Jan 1 and Thanksgiving weekend)

High season- June 1- Oct 31... $300 per/night  $1900/weekly

Holiday season-  Dec.21-Jan1  $350/night  $2100/weekly

Thanksgiving Nov.25-29th  $300/night

Additional fees-  Taxes and Exit cleaning fee of $150.00
