has wonderful weather year round which makes it the most popular place
for "snow birds" to stay.
There are many cities that are with in 1-2 hours drive. Las Vegas,

Snowbird cleaning fees are adjustable. Caps on electric and gas bills,
$50.00 gas and $150.00 on electric.(we pay up to that for monthly rentals)
Utilities included unless stated, $1,000.00 refundable security,
$500.00 reservation fee, 30 day cancellation period.
$250.00 cleaning fee.
