Luxury House w/pool steps to Matapalo, Casa Vida Verde in Peninsula de Osa

Casa Vida Verde is both luxurious and rustic.  With four bedrooms and
three full baths we can accommodate as many as 10 individuals. The house is perfect for 2 families with children or 3 couples.  We have 2 master suites with private baths, both with king size beds finished with high quality sheets and towels.  In addition, there are two more bedrooms, which can be arranged with 6 single beds OR with an additional king size bed and 2 single beds.  These two bedrooms share the third full bathrrom.  We have a spacious and fully equipped kitchen which opens into a huge dining and family room.  This area is completely open, allowing for a generous breeze and the ability to see the animals and rainforest while you relax.   Cas Vida Verde also has a private pool with patio and large grill as well as a large rancho area with hammocks and extra sofas. 

If you choose to totally relax during your stay, we also have a private chef available who will prepare gourmet meals for you and your fellow guests. Our chef will take care of everything for you from coffee to dinner, including clean-up.  Imagine waking up to fresh coffee and homemade muffins each morning.

Casa Vida Verde sits sorrounded by rainforest and a stunning beach, many monkeys play in the trees on the property all day long.  You will see beautiful macaws, toucans, butterflies and much more without ever leaving the patio.  At the end of our short driveway you can cross the road to immediately be at Matapalo beach, one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.  We are within walking distance of 3 amazing beaches, each offering different levels of surfing and swimming. 

Casa Vida Verde is also one of the only houses in the area that offers wireless internet, hot water, a pool and high quality kitchen and finishes.  We offer all the luxuries you are used to in a rustic and remote location.

Matapalo is located on the Osa Peninsula, a remote region of Costa
Rica, far from the tourist filled beach towns. After a scenic drive
from the regional airport in Puerto Jimenez, you will arrive in the
middle of a jungle paradise, where seeing Toucans, Blue Morpho
Butterflies, Scarlet Macaws and 4 different species of Monkeys is a
daily occurence. Casa Vida Verde is surrounded by rainforest, yet sits
only steps away from one of the most breathtaking beaches in all of
Central America.

Casa Vida Verde is walking distance to a number of surfing spots for every level, as well as different swimming beaches.  The area is filled with wildlife and perfect for guided nature hikes.  Two waterfalls are a short walk from the house as well.  There are numerous tours and activities in the area including surf lessons, nature hikes, tree climbing, waterfall repelling, kayaking, ziplines, a spa and much more.
