vacation rental description
Private 800 sq.ft. detatched guesthouse with separate entrance on 1 acre in Far North Scottsdale. Sleeps 2 to 4 people with separate bedroom, queen size
bed, living room with sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, kitchenette, wall mounted 26" television
with satellite, full bathroom with 2 person steam shower. Very quiet gated
community. Private large back yard with non-heated pool, built-in 36" BBQ and gas
fireplace. We live in the main house and only want guests who are quiet and will not be
having any parties. This is a non-smoking rental. The guesthouse was built in 2005 to be
used as a photography studio and gallery, and also serves as a rental for our winter visitors.

Central air and heat, 2 ceiling fans, wall mounted 26" flat screen tv with satellite, queen size
bed, all linens and towels, pillows, toilet paper, shampoo, soap. Kitchenette has microwave,
sub-zero refrigerated drawers, ice machine, stainless steel bar sink, gourmet
coffee machine and coffee, toaster-oven, single burner Magnetic Induction cook top, paper
towels, salt and pepper, dishes, glasses, pans and silverware.
Bathroom has stone counter, copper sink, walk in 2 person shower that is also a steam
room, linen closet. Large walk in closet with plenty of room for hanging clothes and shelf
space. Outside there is a non heated pool with water fall, 36" built-in BBQ and counter,
built in gas fireplace, and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the weather. Washer and Dryer
available in main house if needed.

A few short miles to the Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson Car Show, Kierland and Desert
Ridge Shopping. Cave Creek and Carefree are just minutes away, too many golf courses to
mention within 15 minutes. Spring Training is nearby, the 101 freeway is 6 miles away for
easy access to most anywhere in the valley, other nearby activities are hiking at Spur Cross
and Pinnacle Peak Park, horseback riding, jeep tours, wine tasting, Golden Door Spa at The
Boulders Resort and Scottsdale Princess Resort are minutes away. Lots of fine dining close
by.
