Winter Rates:

One bedroom apartment, fully furnished, sleeps 2 (4 including
sleeper-sofa), $300/night (3 night minimum), $1700/week or $4500/month.

Adjacent one bedroom unit, includes full bath, microwave,
refrigerator, coffee maker, sleeps 2, $150/night (3 night minimum),
$850/week or $2250/month.

4 night minimum during holiday periods.

Summer Rates:

$1200 per week/$3000 per month (one bedroom apartment with full kitchen)

$800 per week/$1800 per month (bedroom/bath--similar to hotel room with microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker)
