You won't want to go inside until it is time for bed, very spacious well built solid home. Just bring yourselves fully equipped. approx 8-10 miles to Jensen Beach and many other beautiful beaches. security/references a must. approx 1 1/2 -2 hours to disney/universal, Miami and other major areas  . Bedding for 6.  1 king, 1 cal king, 1 full  tempurpedic  (pull out sofa inside, and 2 futons by the pool) for company if needed).   Beautiful pool side landscaping.

Internet, telephone US and Canada inlcuded,  Air Conditioning, Cable TV w/basic cable, VCR, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking
utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, No Smoking in
the house. Plenty of outdoor space for smoking eating
dinner and living. Our guests have told us, they eat and live outside
around the pool area and only go in to sleep. Grilling allowed outside of house,
not in pool area. Some starter supplies replace as you use.

2 or more months MAY be discounted based on season and length of stay.
Two week minimum stay.
1/2 deposit required to hold date will go towards your rental fee,
$350.00 cleaning fee deposit returned after owner inspection and
house is left as it was found all cleaning, linens, vaccuming,
dusting, bathrooms, tiles, cleaning is done by rentor to be ready for
next rentor. If you prefer not to clean we will keep your cleaning fee
deposit at your request and have the house cleaned as it was when you arrived.
Off season rentals include all utilities up to $100 per month for electric bill.
We have not had any problems thus far, however, this house has a lot
of sliders and should not be left open with the AC on it would be
abusive to the electric for the AC.  We have had considerate
rentors and have not had any problems. Our rentors have told us that
the pool area and the amount of outdoor living have been entertaining enough.
