SEASONAL/SHORT TERM VACATION STAYS:
January-April 2010 - $1,350.00/month
May-September 2010 - $1,250.00/month
Weekly Rate - $500.00 (2 week minimum)  Short Term Stays will be considered on an individual basis.  Call for more information.

One full month security deposit due at time of reservation and first month rent due day of arrival.  Security deposit is 100% refundable only after full inspection of unit and re-rental ability is determined.  Any damages incurred by tenants will be deducted from security deposit.

Cancellations:
30 days or less before reservation date - 100% of security deposit will be forfeited
31 days or more before reservation date - 50% of security deposit will be forfeited
