The Blue Lupine Condominiums is centrally located on 30A, between Pensacola and Panama City Beach.  Fifteen minutes from Destin and five to ten minutes away from Seaside, Grayton Beach, Water Colors, Seagrove Beach, Water Sounds, and Rosemary Beach. 

This is a four-story condominium complex that opens into a fifty foot high tropical Atrium with palms, superb plants, and a beautiful skylight.  The Corner Ocean Front Condominium is one of the largest and most luxurious in the forty-eight condominium complex.  Consisting of three bedrooms with attached full bathrooms, a Den, spacious living room and dinning room, and a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories.  The Corner Condominium has wrap around windows and a wrap around balcony to provide a panoramic view of The Ocean, The Private Sugar White Sandy Beach, Temperature Control Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and The Scenic Area.  The living room and the master bedroom has sliding doors leading to the wrap around balcony, perfect for viewing or simply having a drink underneath the stars.  Our condominium is professionally decorated with family satisfaction.
This large master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached master bathroom with a Jacuzzi and double sinks, ete.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed with it's own attached full bathroom, and the third bathroom has two twin size beds with an attached full bathroom.  The Den additionally,has pull out beds.  There are five cable televisions for individual viewing.  WiFi access within the condominium.  A washer and dryer in the unit.
There is a fitness center on third floor, Garage parking on the ground floor, and a barbeque area is on-site.Twenty-six mile bicycle track is one block from the complex.  Bicycle rental service is three blocks from the building.  Rental lounge beach chairs and sun umbrellas are set-up on the private beach

The Blue Lupine Condominiums is located close to the shopping and popular reataurants. including The Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, The Destin Common Mall, and the Grand Blvd Mall.  Near fantastic Golf Courses for the Golf Enthusiastics.
