Come stay in our High Country Hide-Away. This exceptional 2004 built
log cabin has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and entertainment/game room and is
located on Crystal Mountain, a quiet gated community, conveniently
located 6-7 miles from Blowing Rock, Boone, Valle Crucis (home of the
Original Mast General Store). At an elevation close to 4000 feet the
temperature rarely get's above 80 degrees, so come beat the heat.
Other nearby amenities include Boone Golf Course, which is open to
the public, numerous great places to hike, Grandfather Mountain,
Tweetsie Railroad, and Banner Elk.
Ski areas include Appalachian Ski Mtn, Hawkesnest, Sugar Mtn and
Beech Mtn., Linville Falls and Caverns, plus other High Country
attractions are short rides away. Whether you want a weekend getaway
for an Appalachian State Mountaineer ASU Football game or an extended
stay, tranquility and/or excitement can be found here.
Unwind and enjoy the wonderful views while rocking on the covered
wrap around deck. You can also take in the views while relaxing in
the hot tub, then warm up in front front of the cozy wood-burning
fireplace in the family room. The kitchen has been stocked with
everything you need, whether you're preparing a large group meal or a
romantic dinner for two. Take in those great views from the dining
table while you eat!
The cabin features TVs in each bedroom and family room all with built
in DVD/VCRs. Big kids and small love the X-BOX. Cheer for your
favorite team on the 61-inch big screen TV with surround sound in the
lower level while playing pool or foosball. High speed Internet access through
our PC and WiFi is available for your laptops.
