April 2010 $2500 (minimum 2 months)

May, June and Oct - Dec 2010, 2 months minimum, $1750pm
July - Sept 2010, 1 month minimum, $1250pm
January - April 2011 $2750pm, 3 months minimum.

A returnable security deposit of $800 will be required for all rentals. Florida state taxes of 11% will be added (sorry, but its the law!) and an end of rental cleaning/linen bill of $95 will be deducted from your deposit.
