in central Arizona. There are just 4 townhomes in this complex, so you'll truly be able to get away
from it all. Only 25 minutes form Sky Harbor Airport, but cut off from the crowds and noise of
Phoenix!
A beautiful swimming pool and hot tub are steps away from your downstairs patio, and a private grill
is available for your use. A wood-burning fireplace downstairs creates the perfect atmosphere for a
quiet night at home. Also downstairs you'll find a large living room, dining area, and kitchen, as
well as a half-bath, and laundry room.
Upstairs, you have 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen
bed, and a private balcony that provides breathtaking views of the mountains, and the city's famous
namesake fountain. The second bedroom has a daybed with trundle that can sleep one or two.
