sunroom and informal eating area, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room
and large 40X14 deck; outdoor grill

This home will sleep 8 very comfortably in 4 bedrooms all but one
having a view of the water and
each has a private bathroom. The master bedroom includes a 20X30
luxury bath with separate walk-in
shower for two and TV while relaxing in the jazuzzi. The master
bedroom with King size bed has its
own sitting area with sofa, lounge chairs, TV and a private 20 foot
walk-out deck. The other
bedrooms are handsomely decorated; one with twin size bunks, one
with queen size and one with
double size beds. There is an elevator for convenience to bedrooms
and upper level gathering/family
room with 37" HDTV and recliners.

The massive deck overlooks the South River and cove for an
unbelievable view. Very comfortable deck
furniture provided. Enjoy your own private dock and sandy beach. If
safety is an issure, we have a
fence on both sides of the property and one across the back approx.
20-30 ft before getting to the
water or dock. Provided by the water are Adirondack chairs and a
picnic table great for eating crabs
and picnicking and watching the water action. We provide a row boat,
life vests, inflatables, crab
traps and other water related items. Power boat rides to the bay can
be arranged for an additional
fee. Plenty of water depth for boat owners to bring & moor their own
boats.

This is a NON-smoking home.  Wonderfully located 30 minutes to Washington, DC and Virginia,
20 minutes to BWI and minutes to Annapolis. Baltimore is about 25
minutes.  No pets allowed.  A recommended pet kennel
is approx. 1 mile.

Gourmet kitchen to die for with a wrap around bar to seat 5. Enjoy
sunroom and lounge for informal
meals and gathering. Huge great room with 60"HDTV & fireplace, game
table and sitting areas. Formal
dining room. Office with Internet hook-up (bring your own computer).
Cable TVs and DVD players. The
master bedroom has split King size Sleep Number Select Comfort
mattress, each side with separate
remote controls. Fans are in most rooms and all bedrooms.
Washer/dryer provided.

At the home site you will enjoy relaxing or looking at the water
endlessly. The home and surrounding
river provide a quiet and peace unequaled anywhere. Enjoy the nature
as you watch water birds like
ducks, swans, ospreys, seagulls, wild geese, eagles and many more.
Swim, sun bathe, fish, and crab
from our private dock. Have fun with the row boat. And if you love
golf there are numerous courses
around the area. Winter snow skiing also abounds in MD, VA, PA and W
VA within a 2-3 hour drive.
Old town Annapolis is about 8 miles where you can visit the Naval
Academy, Historic Annapolis and
the Capitol. There you can enjoy the many shops, pubs,
informal/formal dining, galleries, boat
trips and entertainment.

Other Maryland areas:
Minutes to the Eastern Shore where you can shop & sightsee in Oxford,
Cambridge, Easten and St.
Michael's. Visit Ocean City and surf the Atlantic about 2 hours
away.

Baltimore:
Approximately 25 minutes to the city and Inner Harbor. There are such
attractions as the National
Aquarium, paddle boats, harbor water taxis, Science Museum, Maritime
Museum, Industrial Museum, Fort
McHenry, Camden Yards and the ship "Pride of Baltimore" to only name
some of the most popular things
to do.

Wahington, DC:
About 30 minutes to downtown, however, Metro transit about 10 away
will take you to the subway.
Again, too numerous to name everything, but the most well known:
Endless national free museums and
memorials! The White House, Smithsonian, galleries, National Zoo,
Congressional and Supreme Court
buildings and the newly reopened Newseum a must stop. A variety of
theatres which include the
Kennedy Center.

Virginia:
George Washington's home in Alexandria Mt. Vernon, Arlington
Cemetery, and approx. 3 hours to
Williamsburg or Thomas Jeffer's home (Monticello in Charolettsville)
and many plantations wineries
along the way.

Pennsylvania
About 90 minutes to Gettysburg and Antitiem. Visit the Dutch country.
