Enjoy your "get-away" vacation in this charming and totally updated
cottage, situated in a desirable neighborhood (Davis Shores), just blocks
from the Bridge of Lions and the beautiful, historic city of St. Augustine. 
Nearby is the Lighthouse and the Alligator Farm. This cute bungalow,
built in the 1930's, still welcomes you with a neighborly front porch. 

With accommodations for 5 people, this house includes three bedrooms &
three bathrooms, a great room including the living and dining areas, a
full kitchen, indoor laundry room, and an outside deck.

The master bedroom (queen) is spacious with 2 walk-in closets, tiled
floors, large jacuzzi tub, and tiled walk-in shower. Step just outside
your door to the sparkling blue pool for a romantic midnight swim, or
enjoy the peace of the morning with a coffee break on the deck.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and is decorated with
the kids in mind. There is a full-sized bathroom with this room. The 3rd
bedroom is furnished with a twin-sized cottage bed, and the occupant
will enjoy its adorable, cozy bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances; a solid-surface stove
with a convection oven, side-by-side refrigerator, and dishwasher.  Do
your laundry in the full-size Maytag Atlantis washer and dryer.

This home has all the charm of yesteryear with all the conveniences of
today!

We love to go to the beach in the morning to look for sea glass. We
pass joggers, dog walkers, bicyclists, fishermen, and surfers! In
St. Augustine, you can drive your car onto the beaches. After we walk
the beach, we usually stop by Mary's Bayview Cafe (across from the fort)
for breakfast, and love to watch the horse-drawn carriages, the boats,
the traffic on the bridge, or the trolley cars filled with vacationers.
We then head back to the house for a rest while the kids (and adults)
enjoy a swim in the pool. Each day can bring a new plan. You can
choose from spending the day at the beach, shopping in the antique
district of St. Augustine or St. George Street, trolley tours, fishing,
boating, Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, climbing the Lighthouse,
ghost tours at night, Farmers Market every Saturday, shows at the
Amphitheater, checking the outlet malls close by, or driving to
Jacksonville (30 - 45 min) for more things to do.
