charming village of Captiva. You can easily walk to groceries,
shops, and twelve different restaurants ranging from casual to fine
dining. Our home is sparkling clean, fully furnished and air-
conditioned, and a very short walk from the Gulf Beach, swimming
pool, tennis courts, and gas grills. With everything nearby, you'll
appreciate not getting in and out of the car for every activity.

The main level features a spacious living/dining area with TV, VCR,
DVD, and Stereo, complete modern kitchen recently renovated with all
appliances and utensils. The private den has another TV/VCR, and a
double sleeper sofa to make it into the third bedroom. There is a
full bath nearby. The huge screened porch is the distinctive
feature of this home. HiSpeed Internet Access with WiFi.

The upper level features the Master Suite with queen bed, full
private bathroom, and private sundeck. The second bedroom has a queen and bunk beds and a full private bathroom. The first floor den has a queen size Murphy bed. There is also a single bed in the loft .

There are ceiling fans everywhere inside, and lush breezes and
tropical vegetation everywhere outside. If this isn't Paradise,
