Pack your bags and head for the mountains. This well appointed 2+ room suite is the entire downstairs of "the Tahoe Weiss Haus" and is much nicer than staying in a hotel or motel. It's perfect for 1 or 2 couples or travelers, overflow guests, and your out of town guests or clients.

Owner lives upstairs full time in a separate living area. Guests have
separate access through the garage,snow clearing provided in winter
months. Driveway parking for **maximum 2 vehicles.**

This is a QUIET residential neighborhood - not a party house.
No pets and no smoking.

This unique space features a Private bedroom, queen size Sealy bed,
luxury bedding, TV/DVD/VCR. living room area with queen size futon,
luxury bedding, a queen size aero bed with bedding is also available. Living room also has a TV/DVD/VCR. Lots of movies and games available for guest use.

Private bathroom features shower, towels, shampoo and  hairdryer provided.

Adjacent space features a newly remodeled Kitchenette, dinette, laundry area.
"Kitchenette" features all new gas stove and oven, toaster oven,
microwave oven, compact refrigerator/freezer, blender, coffee maker
and coffee grinder (coffee provided), pots, pans, utensils, cookware,
dishes, glassware.

Dinette features a small table and 4 chairs. New
tile flooring and new carpet in living room and bedroom.

Free cable TV, HBO, wireless access, free long distance calls in the US.

Guests have year round access to all Tahoe Donner amenities with guest
passes provided including golf, tennis, swimming, Tahoe Donner ski
hill, sled hill, beach club marina, equestrian center etc.

Home is located at the lower level of Tahoe Donner - approximately 30
minutes or less to all major North Lake Tahoe ski areas, 10 minutes to
downtown Truckee, dining, shopping, outlet stores, hiking and biking
trails.

Sleds and snow toys are provided for guest use at the house.

Nightly vacation rental 2 night minimum

Winter (November 1 through April 30) $125 night

All Holidays: $150 night

Summer (May 1-October 31) $100 night
