Enjoy the great room with sunny mountain views from indoors or attached balcony, full kitchen, 2 dining tables, fireplace, and large comfortable sofa.  Forty seven inch television with blu ray player and streaming netflix in living room.  Free long distance (US and Canada) Master suite has flat screen TV, vaulted ceiling, king bed, walk-in closet, attached bath with his and hers sink vanities. Four additional bedrooms each with queen bed and TV. Additional sleeping in separate kids' bunk area. After a day on the slopes, drive into the private attached garage and hang your boots on the wall mounted dryers. Or explore the x-ski/snowshoe trails that meander through the neighborhood. Summer: golf and hiking trails are steps away. Any season, have fun outdoors, then relax in well equipped, casual comfort.

Amenities include wireless DSL internet, tv in each bedroom, cable, dvd/vhs players, washer/dryer,
outdoor gas grill on balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, cooking ware, small
aplliances such as waffle maker. Games, toys, portable crib and highchair available for families.
This is our vacation/ retirement home. We use it often and try to anticipate the needs of our guests
and well as our own extended family.

Surprised, it REALLY, comfortably sleeps all 12 of us. Very spacious, and accommodating. Close to shopping and minutes away from the best skiing in the country. A fraction of the cost for something smaller in the Vail Village, of Lionshead. Quiet neighborhood with both seasonal rentals and full time residences. Electric heating with thermostats in each room, even bathrooms!! Attached garage, and even private oversized locker in Vail village. Huge bang for the buck.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Private Ski Locker Was a Luxury

We stayed while I attended a medical conference in the mornings/afternoons at Beaver Creek and skied during the day at Vail. This delightful, spacious home was well equipped for our group and centrally located. The attached garage made our coming and going a breeze and we never had to stand out in the cold waiting for a bus or haul our ski equipment to/from the bus stop. The owner is member of a private ski locker club at the base of the new gondola one in Vail Village (former Vista Bahn). We left our skis in the locker for the week and whenever needed the staff tuned up our equipment overnight and returned it to the locker for the next day's runs. Some members of our groups were not such avid skiers and enjoyed the views from the house and snowshoe and walking trails on the golfcourse. There was also a frozen pond across the street for the kids to skate. This is obviously a private home rather than an cooker cutter type income property. We appreciated having everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay for a mixed group of different ski abilities. Even played some board games at night. Wonderful chance to do conference, ski, and reconnect with family at the same time.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
