Dziadek's Beach house (dziadek is Polish for "grandfather") is
perfect for families or for
couples looking to get out and have some fun. It is located in a
very quiet neighborhood with lots
of seasonal renters just like you. Everything you need is either in
walking distance from the
house, or less than a two mile drive. There is no traffic, and lots
of beauty. There is also much
of natural Florida, completely untouched and protected by the state,
located all around.

Juno Beach is centrally located to everything you desire in Central
and South Florida. Located
just two hours north, in Central Florida, you can go to Kennedy Space
Center and visit the
astronauts, go surfing in Cocoa Beach, visit Walt Disney World in
Orlando, go to Busch Gardens, just
three hours away in Tampa, Fl, or camping/kayaking anywhere in one of
Florida's hundreds of
beautiful parks and campgrounds.
Juno Beach offers some of the most beautiful golfing, boating,
and nature-watching in all of
South Florida. One and a half hours south is fast-paced Miami, where
you can do international
shopping, visit hundreds of art museums, watch the Miami Heat play,
visit universities, enjoy the
variety of night life, explore the world-famous Everglades, or simply
try new cuisine.
Florida has so much to offer, and its all just a short drive
away.

There is a $50 cleaning fee added to every rental.

As per Palm Beach County Law, there is a 11.5% sales tax added to
your final total.

Payment by money order, check, cash, or credit card. 25% deposit to
hold the date, and 100% must be
paid in full 10 days before check-in. Cancellation must be processed
at least one week in advance,
with a loss of your deposit.
There is a $150-$300 refundable deposit, depending upon the length of
your stay.
