Turtle Bay Park. The property is
very peaceful with plenty of wildlife, view of Mount Lassen and a
seasonal creek.

There is a beautiful multi-story deck to sit and enjoy the wildlife
or cook up a meal on the gas or
weber barbeque. The Master Bedroom Suite is beautiful with a huge
bathroom, sunken jacuzzi tub,
deluxe shower and walk-in closet. The gourmet kitchen is fully
equipped with dishwasher, center
island range, side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, wet bar
and kitchen nook. The family
room has a 42" Plasma TV, DVD and cozy wood burning stove. There is
a separate dining room with
cathedral ceilings overlooking the atrium. There is also an
additional living with another
fireplace which is great to just relax and read.

The home is a 10 minute drive to Whiskeytown lake and 20 minute drive
to Lake Shasta. It is located
just 7 minutes from downtown Redding and conveniently located to
Turtle Bay Museum and all Redding
area attractions.

Stays of less than 30 days are subject to 10% TOT county tax.
There is a $400.00 fully refundable security deposit required for
