Villa El Regalo PlayaCar fase1 in Playacar

This spacious four-bedroom/three-bath beach villa is located in the
secure, gated, beachfront community of Playacar, Phase 1 -- on the
southern edge of Playa del Carmen. This is the best vacation spot in
all of the Mayan Riviera. 

It's just steps from the home's front door to the white sandy
beaches and blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. An abundance of
beautiful fish makes for great snorkeling. Or, you can simply relax
and enjoy life on the beach.

The beautiful gardens surrounding this home are filled with tropical
flowers, banana trees, and plants from the jungle. The open terraces
of El Regalo offer a relaxing place to enjoy the spectacular views
of the Caribbean Sea, Cozumel Island to the east, and beautiful
sunsets over the green jungle to the west.

A short walk past Mayan ruins will bring you to the Cozumel ferry
dock and Playa del Carmen's colorful Fifth Avenue Pedestrian
Walkway. There you can enjoy shopping opportunities, fine dining,
and evening nightlife.

This three-story vacation home has a spacious living room, a dining
room, a large modern, well-equipped kitchen, four large bedrooms
with beautiful mahogany wardrobes, and three bathrooms. There are
fans in all rooms; and all bedrooms are equipped with individual air-
conditioners. This home is designed for individual comfort, while
providing space and atmosphere for a relaxed gathering of friends
and family.

The first level has an entry vestibule, three elegant bedrooms, two
full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a terrace.

The second level has a master bedroom, one bathroom, a spacious
dining room, the kitchen, a terrace, and a gorgeous living room with
satellite Dish Network, a DVD, tape player, and a wetbar.

The third and fourth levels have open furnished terraces.

The home features a kitchen that any gourmet chief would enjoy. It
includes a gas range with a griddle and oven, a microwave, a large
refrigerator, a blender, juicer, toaster, coffee grinder,
coffeemaker, and an adjoining wet bar. Additional home amenities
include a DVD, a CD/tape player, a TV with a satellite Dish
Network, an abundance of books, games for children, a laundry with a
washer and dryer, two outdoor showers, linens, towels, ceiling fans
in all rooms, and air-conditioning in bedrooms. There is maid
services three days/week (not on Sundays).

El Regalo's Property Manager is bilingual and is always available to help
with any additional needs or desires. She will be happy to answer
any questions.
