Vacation Rental Description

SunScream is a beachfront home LITERALLY right on the sand, and near 
an award-winning beach, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.  

This wonderful park, not only has an award winning beach, but offers
nature trails, scalloping, fishing, bird watching and is ideal for
canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling and biking. (Rentals are available at
the Entrance store) Most evenings either a parade of horses or
dolphins cruise down your ocean vista! 

You will simply not believe how uncrowded and private your beach
experience feels here. This is the BEST area the Cape has to offer.
200 plus feet of white sand here, no erosion and no hurricane damage
for this home. With an acre of land and your nearest neighbor 150 feet
away, you will never have to contend with your neighbor's noise!

This is an older home, but is decorated with great attention to detail
and comfort. Everything for your stay is provided from a
fully-equipped kitchen to all linens and bath/beach towels. The beach
side of SunScream features both a screened porch and sunning porch for
all needs. Real teak chairs, rockers, and chaises put you at ease in a
setting you will simply not want to leave. A King and Queen bed are
available in the two large bedrooms, both gulf-front. A futton is also
available in a smaller office/bedroom. 

Beach toys, skim boards, etc. are provided and all newer electronics
(TVs, DVDs) inside the home. The home does have high-speed Internet 
service provided (bring your own computer).

***SunScream is an OUTSIDE SMOKING ONLY property and does allow pets.***

Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking
utensils provided, LINENS and TOWELS PROVIDED, Washer, Dryer, Charcoal Grill 
(BBQ)

POOL ACCESS is available from another subdivision we own property
in, but requires a short drive.

Beginning 11/29 $900 week

Monthly Rates Available. Additional Florida tax applies to/on all Florida property rentals.

Summer weeks can be broken-up if not already reserved. Call one week
ahead of your requested dates to check availability.

High-speed Internet now provided! My family guarantees your

***Pets under 25 pounds are allowed***

***Your pet is welcome, but a $100 flat pet fee will we additional.***

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time.
