Escape 109: This is a nicer 3 bedroom condo just steps away from Snow
Summit Ski
Resort. It is a fully furnished condo with 2 full bathrooms, a full
kitchen with everything you
need to cook and eat with, fire place, TV/VCR/DVD in the living room,
BBQ, king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 1
twin bunk and 1 twin single bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a sofa
sleeper in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including
children. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. Condo
has a view of Snow Summit's expanded beginners area and the trees from
the living room and rear deck. Parking for 2 cars. No smoking or pets,
please!

We are right next door to Snow Summit Ski Resort, just a short walk,
no driving to skiing! Other activities within a short drive are Big
Bear Lake
itself - where in the summer you can boat, fish, swim, parasail -
shopping in the Village, lots of restaraunts from fast food to fine
dining Moonridge Zoo, mountain biking, hiking, sledding, cross country
skiing. Of just enjoy the peace and
quiet of the beautiful San Bernardino mountains!

Non holiday week day $235.00 per night
Non holiday weekend $335.00 per night
Depending on the holiday, rates are either $50.00 more per night than
the winter
weekend rate or $100.00 more per night than the winter weekend rate.
Stay 5 nights for the price of 4 (non holiday with one week day night
free)
Stay Friday and Saturday add Sunday night for half price (non holiday)
Spring, Summer & Fall rates $175.00 per night week day or weekend and
stay 3 nights for the price of 2!
All rates above plus tax and a $35.00 cleaning fee.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is taken upon check-in.
Minimum night requirements apply in winter.
