Monthly Rent as follows: (December thru April $1,500.00/month plus
electric), (May thru September $1000.00/month plus electric), (October thru November $1,300/month plus electric) (write for
weekly rental rates). Home is Green Built new so electricity is
minimal, usually between $40 to $100 per month depending on each
particular occupants usage and time of year. Satellite TV, Internet,
Telephone with USA long distance, garbage pickup, lawn maintenance,
water, sewer and all taxes are included.

You are responsible for house cleaning, however, cleaning
services are available for an extra charge depending on the extent of
the services you require.

Non-refundable deposit is 50% of the first months rent to hold
your rental dates. An additional $100 pet deposit is required if
there is a pet. Well behaved House broken pets are always welcome
with landlord approval. Full refund of deposit(s)of course if no
damages are found. Deposit must be delivered in person or by 2 day
air to hold dates.
