This Adirondack Style Ranch Home is located one mile outside the center of Old Forge, off South Shore Road, on over 2 acres of wooded property. Far enough to provide the piece and quiet you deserve, yet close enough to the great activities of charming downtown Old Forge. Visit the many shops and stores, great restaurants, Arts Center, Movie Theatre, Adirondack Scenic Railroad and the Enchanted Forest-Water Safari, one of New York’s Largest Water Theme Parks. Commune with nature on the Fulton chain of lakes and many mountain fed streams or explore miles of trails in this beautiful upstate New York Park.
The home contains three large bedrooms. The Master Bedroom sleeps two with a King-size Bed and has a private Dressing Room that leads to the Master Bathroom, which contains a Jacuzzi tub plus shower. The two additional bedrooms are oversized and sleep up to four each featuring a Queen size bed and a Futon that folds out to a queen bed. The sunken Living Room boasts a large fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player and an MP3 input. A large deck with panoramic views will add to your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen, including a prep island, will meet all your cooking needs.
Located off of Kitchen and Living Room is the 25' x 48' Swiming Pool Room for year round swiming enjoyment. Enjoy the Snow, Deer and Winter Views from this climate controlled room with full sized Salt Water Swiming Pool!!

WINTER 2011/2012 (December 22nd to March 4th 2012)
$2100 Weekly, or $1400 for 4 nights (minimum). $250 each additional night.
SPRING 2012 (March 5th1st - June 29th)
$1800 Weekly, or $800 for two nights with $200 each additional night.
SUMMER 2012 (June 30th - September 6th)
$2200 Weekly. Rented for full weeks only, Friday to Friday.
FALL 2012 (September 7th - December 6th
$1800 Weekly, or $800 for two nights with $200 each additional night.
A $75 cleaning fee plus $25 Pool Room Cleaning Fee will be assessed to all rentals.
A $500 security deposit will be required for all rentals.
