1BR/1BA Condo in Keystone Village - Ski Resort Heaven in Keystone

We are renting our beautiful 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo in Keystone Village. Our unit is in the
Silvermill building right in the heart of the Village of River Run. Silvermill is the closest condo
building on this side of the new Gondola. From the deck, living room and bedroom windows you can
watch the skiers come down River Run, which is the main ski run on Keystone Mountain. You can enjoy
the amazing views of the ski slope both day and night, thanks to Keystone's beautiful, well-lit,
night skiing.
Our condo is an end unit so it allows extra privacy and peacefulness with only 1 shared wall. It is
located on the second floor, but because it is on the end of the building, there is no one above us
and below us is a fine dining establishment, so lots of peace and quiet both day and night on our
end of the building! The end unit also boasts extra windows for better all around views, as well as
more sun-filled rooms than the other condos in the building. We just repainted and redecorated our
unit so it is clean, cozy and current with its decor.
The living room has a TV and DVR for your entertainment, and the gas fireplace gives off great
ambiance as well as heat to fill the main living area. It is so nice to relax in front of the
fireplace after a long day of skiing!
The kitchen is stocked full of every utensil, cook ware and dish ware you will need for a 5 course
meal. All you need to grab are your groceries!
The bedroom is spacious and has an armoire with a TV, DVR and clothes storage, plus a closet with a
second dresser for more personal storage.
Our condo is also equipped with an iron, ironing board and a small safe to conveniently store any
personal items. We just purchased all new bed linens and we picked up an extra set of soft flannel
sheets for both the main bedroom as well as the pull out sofa bed, so you can stay warm and cozy at
night. The bathroom also has plenty of new towels and toiletries for your use as well as a heat lamp
to keep you warm and comfortable while showering.
Your stay comes with a free parking pass for the heated underground parking garage. There are signs
directing you toward the Silvermill elevators, where you will find plenty of luggage carts available
for you to easily load and unload your belongings to and from the condo. This unit also comes with
your own private ski locker on the main lobby level, so you don't have to carry your equipment up to
the unit with you every day.
Our unit also comes with free WiFi internet service, something not all rental units can offer.
In the main lobby you have access to 2 other seating areas with a fireplace, TV and pool table for
you to enjoy. On the main level there are restrooms with showers and a changing area for you to
conveniently enjoy the heated pool or the multiple hot tubs and dry sauna that are right off the

Keystone has so much more to offer than just amazing downhill skiing (thanks to its average annual
snowfall of 230 inches!) They also have the largest night skiing operation in Colorado. You can
watch the sun set on a pair of skis while cruising down a freshly groomed run. You decide when your
ski day ends and après ski begins! Winter activities include: Fly Fishing, Ice Skating and Hockey,
Scenic Snow Cat Tours, A World Class Nordic Center that has Group Nordic Skiing Lessons, Personal
Trainers, Telemark Lessons, Snowshoe Ecology Hikes, Mountain Top Snowshoe Trek, Friday Ladies Days -
Lessons taught by Women for Women, Full Moon Snowshoe Tours, Family Tubing, Family Nordic Lessons,
and Polar Bears Cross Country ski lessons for kids ages 6-12 yrs. For the older kids, the A51
Terrain Park is open from 8:30 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. on night skiing evenings.
