Ocean Blk Condo --Lovely 2.5 bdrms /2 baths/GREAT RATES in Ocean City

This lovely 880 sq. ft. spacious condominium has an ocean view, and
is attractively decorated. We are ocean block, on Assawoman Drive
between 119th and 120th street, with no highway crossover (great
if you have small children), and the beach is just minutes away
convenient enough for lunch and bathroom breaks.
We have two bedrooms, a den that can be closed off as a third
bedroom and two full baths. The master bedroom features a king size
bed. The second bedroom has a deluxe bunkbed with a full size bed on
the bottom and a twin on top, and an additional full size bed, and
can accommodate up to 5 people. Both bedrooms are equipped with
cable, color TV. All of our mattresses are deluxe. There is a 
full size futon in the living room and also one in the den/jr
bedroom.
We have a completely equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, a
comfortable living room with cable color TV and sliding glass doors
opening onto a large (180 sq.ft.) carpeted deck where you can relax
and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, an evening meal, or wile away the
time enjoying your ocean view. No pets allowed.  Smoking-free condo.  You are responsible for cleaning the condo before departing, this is a requirement for renting.  All cleaning supplies are provided.

Reserved off-street parking, (additional street parking available),
wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled air conditioning and
heating, furnished large carpeted deck, three cable color TVs, DVD,
VCR & movies, boom box, clock radios, washer & dryer, dishwasher,
self-cleaning electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster &
blender, all cooking, serving and eating utensils, dinnerware for
12, telephone, iron & ironing board, blankets and pillows, book
library, games, puzzles, cards, vacuum cleaner, and outside shower.
A few beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and frisbees are
provided. You will need to bring your sheets, pillow cases and
towels. Don't forget to bring your sunscreen!
Within walking distance is a shopping center including grocery
store, drug store, convenience stores, 2 gas stations, restaurants,
DVD rentals, postal office, clothing and gift stores, and bus stop
to the boardwalk and downtown.

Walk to wide sandy beaches for sun bathing, swimming, surfing,
boogie boarding and fishing.
Nearby: Northside Park, on the bay with playground, biking/jogging
paths, softball fields, playground and holiday fireworks; jetskiing,
waterskiing, boating, kayaking, tennis courts, ice skating, fitness
gym, theaters, miniature golf, amusement parks, water parks,
Assateague Island Park (wild ponies, bike riding, swimming,
picnics), beauty spa, golf courses, parasailing, great sandy
beaches, harness race track, Shorebirds baseball stadium, outlet
shopping, antiquing, festivals, top entertainers and shows at
the convention center, and more than a 30-block boardwalk featuring
arcades, amusement rides, restaurants, pubs, volleyball contests,
sand sculptures, and trolley car rides. Many visitors from all over
