Oriuolo Flat is a spacious and sunny 170 sq mt apartment, with 3
double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony, located on the
master floor (1 st floor with no elevator) of a historical building in
the center of Florence, right by Piazza del Duomo.
Perfectly renovated and recently refurbished (Autumn 2006) to
comfortably host up to 6/7 guests, the apartment offers a true taste
of Florence. The entrance opens onto a corridor, with a characteristic
hand carved and painted wooden beamed ceiling, which in turn leads
into a spacious and sunny living room, complete with a single sofa
bed, a large dining corner with a 19 Century table for 6/8, and a TV.
To the right is the separate kitchen, fully equipped with all
necessities including a dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee maker.
The sleeping area, with its 3 bedrooms, is in two separate sections.
The master bedroom, with its double bed, is very silent, decorated in
yellow drapes, and comes complete with a large en-suite bathroom with
bathtub and shower. The second bedroom, also with a double bed, is
very sunny and complete with an armoire, a 19 Century chest of drawers
and a French window leading out to the large balcony overlooking the
inner gardens. The third bedroom is on a higher level, with access
from a wooden staircase in the living room, and offers two single
beds, a TV and writing desk. The second bathroom, with stall shower,
is by the double bedroom on the main level, accessible from the corridor.

 For the lenght of your stay you will have at our disposal a Fast WiFi Connection (7,2 Mbit/s) you can use to connect to Internet using your laptop (USB device) when and where you want.
