Located only minutes from Winter Park & Sol Vista Ski Resorts, our brand new 1400 square foot home
has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms are on the second
level, day bed and trundle bed in loft on 2nd level also to accommodate up to 6 people. The master
bathroom has a large bath tub suitable for two.
The main floor consists of a large, open kitchen/dining/great room area with vaulted ceilings and
lots of windows to view the beautiful scenery of the mountains, valley and creek. There is a gas
fireplace, 37 inch TV w/ dvd and surround sound theater, ipod doc, and dining table and bar area
that will seat six or more.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with top of the line appliances and stocked with all the necessary
cooking and eating supplies, including microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher, as well as an island
for food preparation or eating. The large back patio has a gas burning firepit for your outdoor
enjoyment. There is a one car garage, washer and dryer, and linens supplied for your use.
