bathroom with double vanity, large tub
and shower. Second bedroom has a double bed, in-line closet and full
bathroom.

Lighthouse Towers is one of a few complex on Sand Key which provides sunshine over the pool area from dusk until dawn.

Lighthouse Towers offers 24 hours security, private beach, heated
pool, jacuzzi, tennis court,
shuffle board, basketball net, wet bar, BBQ grills, small putting
green and reserved parking.

In the immediate area you will find boat and jet ski rentals, the
Clearwater Sailing Center and Sand
Key park.
In minutes the Trolley will take you to Clearwater Beach, Pier 60 &

December 15th to April 31st: $2,000/2 weeks, $3,400 monthly
May 1st to August 31st: $1,700/2 weeks, $2,700 monthly
September 1st to December 18th: $1,500/2 weeks, $2,300 monthly

Special rates apply for a long term rental of six months or more.

Add $100 cleaning fee, $100 condo application fee and 12% Florida tax.
A $500 deposit/reservation fee is required for bookings of 1 month or less. A 1 month deposit/reservation fee is required for longer bookings.

$500 security deposit refundable on departure provided there's no damage
to the condo or contents.

Full rent, taxes, fees and security deposit are required to be paid 45 days prior to arrival.
