Charming home set in the pines. Home is three stories. Two bedrooms
on lower floor, king in one room,queen in second room. Top level
is a loft with queen bed and private bath. Middle floor is arranged
with living room, dining area and kitchen.
Warm and cozy wood stove will warm your hearts and feet after a long day
playing golf, hiking, or boating on Donner, Boca or Stampeed lakes  which are all a short drive from house.  Small wet bar, dining
table seats six. Kitchen fully equipped. West facing deck, perfect
place to drink coffee in the morning. One car garage and covered
carport, with additional parking for two vehicles. Property has
large deck, grill is available year round.

The home is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed.
Clean simple furnishings throughout.
All chests and closets are empty for personal storage.

Tahoe Donner facilities: three pools, one kept open all year. Two
golf courses, ski resorts, private beach, equestrian, tennis courts,
hiking trails and fishing creeks. All within 1 mile of home.
Donner Lake 4 miles.

The home is centrally located for all North Shore/Lake Tahoe
activities and entertainment. The town of Truckee is close by with a
historic downtown.  A nice 1 1/2 mile walk will get you to several places to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Winter activities include Tahoe Donner Ski Ranch, Northstar, Sugar
Bowl and Squaw Valley, a sled hill and sleigh rides.
In the summer, there is GOLF, swimming, water skiing, boating, hiking,
biking, horseback riding. Lake Tahoe, Donner, Prosser, Boca
and Stampede lakes are all withing a few miles.
Rental includes access and use of guest passes to the Tahoe Donner
Recreation Facilities which include: tennis, horseback riding, pools, archery, lawn bowling, workout facilities and a golf course.
