Charming home set in the pines. Home is three stories. SLEEPS 10 COMFORTABLY.  Two bedrooms on lower floor: Large bedroom, two queens; Small bedroom, one queen. Top level is a spacious loft with queen bed and private bath. Middle floor is arranged with living room; Queen sofa/sleeper & love seat/couch;  new flatscreen TV & DVD, digital cable; Dining area with table that seats 6-8; Kitchen & wet bar.

Fantastic location for outdoor activities year round, including skiing and boarding at Tahoe area resorts just a short drive away, including, Squaw Valley, Alpine, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, Homewood, and Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe.  Boating, biking, hiking, and golf in the spring, summer, and fall at nearby Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, Boca and Stampede Lakes, and Truckee all a short drive away.  Warm and cozy wood stove will warm your hearts and feet after a long day of outdoor fun.  Small wet bar, dining table seats six. Kitchen fully equipped. West facing balcony/deck, perfect place to drink coffee in the morning. One car garage and covered carport, with additional parking for two vehicles. Gas grill is available year round.

The home is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed.
Recently redorated throughout. Clean simple furnishings throughout.
All chests and closets are empty for personal storage.

Tahoe Donner facilities are available for daily use fee: three pools, one kept open all year; hot tubs; golf courses; ski resort, private beach & club, equestrian, tennis courts, hiking trails and fishing creeks. All within 1 mile of home.
Donner Lake 4 miles and Lake Tahoe 15 miles.

The home is centrally located for all North Shore and West Shore of Lake Tahoe
activities and entertainment. The town of Truckee is close by with a
historic downtown.  A nice 1 1/2 mile walk will get you to several places to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Winter activities include world class skiing/boarding at Squaw Valley, Alpine, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe.  Family ski hill at Tahoe-Donner and Boreal.  Sledding hill and sleigh rides.
Summer activities include GOLF, tennis, swimming, water skiing, boating, hiking,
biking, horseback riding. Lake Tahoe, Donner, Prosser, Boca
and Stampede lakes are all withing a few miles.
Rental includes access and use of guest passes to the Tahoe Donner
Recreation Facilities which include: tennis, horseback riding, pools, archery, lawn bowling, workout facilities and a world class golf course.
