Seasonal rates apply and are subject to change at any time.  3 night minimum required.  Longer leases given priority with repeat customers receiving 10% discount on future stay.  Requires lease agreement, security deposit of $400 + 50% of total rents collected at time of reservation, with remaining 50% due 45 days prior to move-in. For reservations made inside of 45 days from arrival, total rents and deposits are due to reserve.  $75 of deposit is non-refundable cleaning fee; the remainder is refundable after inspection.  Guaranteed funds (cashier's check/money order) or PayPal. Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival date receive a full refund; within 45 days, you'll receive $400 security deposit but 50% of the total rental term amount is retained as a re-booking fee.  Check-in 12pm, check-out 10am.

Absolutely no smoking permitted inside the house.  Any evidence of odor or damage forfeits your deposit in order to clean carpets, replace all bedding and linens.  Generally no pets; exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances for a dog, with additional $200 pet deposit and refundable after inspection.

Perfect for individual, couple or small family - sleeps 6 and at least one more person on the couch in a bind! Additional full-size airbed also available upon request.  Includes local phone and utilities, regular landscaping and pool maintenance and monthly house cleaning.  All electric kitchen, microwave, satellite TV, CD player/radio, iPod/MP3 Player, DVD player, high speed Internet access, air conditioning, washer/dryer. Back yard includes gas BBQ grill, bistro set and patio set.
