Quiet and Relaxing Pool home in Palm Desert

Great property, clean and even nicer than pictures

My husband and I rented this property for 5 days in April 2009 for the Coachella music festival which we usually only attend one day of. It was just the two of us and we paid an extra deposit for the dog. The house was as described and better. There were bikes in the garage for our use and a nice path just behind the house for walking the dog. There is a shopping center not far with fast food and fast casual restaurants as well as a grocery store. There was plenty of space for the two of us and could easily accomidate 4-6 guests including children. The private pool and spa were key for us, but no grass area for the dog as the pool takes up most of the back yard. We ate outside every meal that we could and there were enough dishes and cooking utensils for all of our meals. Yvette the owner was easy to work with and answered all of our questions within a day. We only had two issues with the house during our stay. The gas grill ran out of gas during the first time I was using it, so we had no bbq the rest of the trip, and on our second morning the lanscapers were in the back yard trimming and blowing around 8:30, not too big of a deal, but we were on vacation. I would absolutely stay at this property again and am looking forward to my next visit.
