Moon Valley Casita - This charming and comfortable studio casita is
located mountainside in an
upscale community known as Moon Valley. It is nestled in the North
Mountain range of North/Central
Phoenix. We invite you to enjoy this enchanted space that gives you a
remote mountain feeling in the
heart of town it�s a cozy one room retreat with fabulous views
overlooking the Moon Valley Golf
Course. It sleeps 2 comfortably; and is a smoke-free environment. Our
casita is comfortably
decorated and kept very clean making it a lovely, restful place to

Bath, and efficiency kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, 2-
burner hot-plate and toaster oven.
Also offers a Private Entrance with outdoor seating. This casita is
situated behind the owners'
home. It is Private and Quiet.

It is conveniently located minutes from 3 major highways, 20 minutes
from airport and downtown, and
10 minutes to Scottsdale. You will find several championship golf
courses within 5 miles.

All utilities are included. Cox cable TV and wireless high speed
internet available. Off street
parking in front of the unit.
No Smoking, Not Pets.

Close nearby you will find resorts, shopping, championship golf
courses and miles of mountain trails
for biking, hiking, and horseback riding. In Phoenix area you have
the Phoenix Zoo, Heard Museum,
Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Art Museum, First Friday Art Walks,

Sept - May: $100/night, tax included, double occupancy;
$550/weekly;
$1700 monthly.
2 night minimum stay.

$125 refundable deposit; 50% payment due upon making reservation;
balance due no later than 30 days
prior to arrival. $50 out-cleaning fee. In-cleaning service available
during your stay for an
additional charge. Rates include weekly change of linens and towels.

Payment by certified cashier�s check, traveler�s checks, money
order, personal checks and cash.
Payment in full must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Sorry, we
are unable to accept credit
cards.
